There are also a number of other specialty customer support lines, including lines with Creditor Teams, Debt Consultants, and Client Services, which are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM CST, Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM CST.

When we called the Credit Solutions website we had a hold time of about 3 seconds and were connected to a rep who could explain how Credit Solutions could help us, but couldn’t give us any firm numbers when it came to what the service costs. While it proved to be a bit frustrating, we suppose it’s better than no phone support at all.

We were disappointed to see find that there is no help section listed anywhere on the Debt Consolidation Connection website. The site does, however, provide an e-mail form for a free debt consultation. There is also a toll-free customer service number that customers can call for help.

We really didn’t like the fact that we had to fill out a number of very personal details to send in an email support request, but we did it anyway. After submitting the form, we were told that Debt Consolidation Connection would be in contact with us soon if our information was “appropriate.” We were confused about the use of the word “appropriate” and felt that this term was a bit off-putting, especially due to the fact that there is no way for customers to look up information themselves on a Help section or Frequently Asked Questions list. Overall, Debt Consolidation Connection could do a lot of things to improve their customer service options and their website as a whole.
